Blue Bird Flour is something that every New Mexican, particularly in the north half of the state knows about. It’s been a beloved ingredient in making fry bread, sopaipillas, funnel cakes, Navajo Tacos, bizcochitos, and much more! It comes from Cortez Milling Company up in the Four Corners area which consists of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
